P.S. How Water Helps Your Body's Built-in Air Filter Remove Virus Particles

  Your body has a built-in air filter that removes virus particles from your nose throat and lungs. This air filter is called your Mucous and Cilia Clearance System also know as your Mucociliary Escalator. It is your body's first line of defense against airborne particles like virus. 
  Your nose, throat and lungs are covered with a protective layer of mucous. This mucous has a top sticky layer that traps virus particles and a bottom watery layer that the top layer floats on.
